Forward Thinking Education supports schools in developing deep competencies to teach students to see missing the mark and failure as the foundation for deep success and great learning.
FTE offers an intensive three-year school improvement program to guide faculties in this effort.

Our founder and CEO, Andrew Pass, is a serial educational entrepreneur. In 2009, he started an educational content development company that has developed educational resources used by millions of students, across all grade levels.
